  • Education: Matriculation/Grade 12/Senior Certificate
  • Experience: 0 to 6 months

    • Public Finance Management Act (PFMA)
    • Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA)
    • Treasury Regulations

    • Department of Labour and UIF Policies and Procedures
    • UIF’s Vision, Mission, and Values
    • Customer Care Principles
    • Departmental Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines
  • Skills:
    • Interviewing

    • Interpretation (ability to interpret UI Act and Contributions Act)

Duties

  • Provide screening services for UIF applications.
  • Process applications for UIF benefits.
  • Register payment continuation forms.
  • Perform administrative functions.
