Requirements

• Matric plus a National Diploma (NQF 6) qualification in ICT or an ICT-related field.
• No experience required.

Duties

• Responding to user requests for service, troubleshooting problems, and helping develop solutions.
• Assist in supporting PC hardware components, desktop operating system software, and application software.
• Recording activities, solutions, and other responses to service requests.
• Analyzing data to recommend improvements to existing systems or processes.
• Assist in setting up new computers, networks, and software for new employees.
