We are seeking two experienced Civil Artisan Foremen to join our Infrastructure Management: Northern Operation division, specifically within the Civil Maintenance team. This role offers a competitive salary of R344,811 per annum under the OSD framework. The positions are based in Hartbeespoort.

Key Requirements:

• Civil trade test certificate.
• Five years of post-qualification experience as an Artisan.
• Valid, unexpired driver’s license.
• Proficiency in legal compliance, technical analysis, computer-aided applications, and technical report writing.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout South Africa as required.

Duties:

• Supervising technical design and production of civil services.
• Ensuring maintenance of civil structures and facilities.
• Performing administrative functions related to civil maintenance.
• Ensuring safety standards and regulations are followed.
• Managing and mentoring staff effectively.

Overview:

We are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Artisan Foreman to join our Infrastructure Management: Northern Operations division in the Electrical Maintenance team. The position is based in Groblersdal and offers a salary of R344,811 per annum, aligned with the OSD pay scale.

Key Requirements:

• Electrical trade test certificate.
• Five years of post-qualification experience as an Artisan.
• Valid, unexpired driver’s license.
• Proficiency in technical report writing, communication, and computer skills.
• Experience with heavy current equipment and PLC systems.
• Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Ability to travel to remote areas and stay overnight as needed.

Duties:

• Managing electrical infrastructure to ensure safety and compliance.
• Performing planned maintenance and repairs on water scheme equipment.
• Liaising with suppliers for procurement and compliance to specifications.
• Managing staff performance and identifying training needs.
