Duties

  • Receive and assess UI claims using the relevant system per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Register employers and verify employee declarations as per regulations.
  • Execute payments for approved claims within set timeframes.
  • Address inquiries related to processed claims or other matters.
  • Perform administrative duties within the section.
