Are you a skilled welder with a passion for precision and production? We’re seeking qualified Artisan Production Grade A Welders to join our teams in the Eastern Cape and Gauteng regions. This is your chance to apply your trade expertise in a dynamic environment while contributing to meaningful projects.

What You’ll Need:

• An appropriate Trade Test Certificate (Red Seal) recognized under the Manpower Training Act.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Key Competencies:
  • Technical analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of computer-aided technical applications.
  • Understanding of legal compliance and technical report writing.
  • Production and process expertise.
  • Strong decision-making, teamwork, and communication abilities.
  • Creativity, self-management, and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Train offenders and apprentices in welding techniques.
• Execute welding projects based on client requisitions and orders.
• Ensure quality control for all manufactured products.
• Provide cost estimates and quotes for products.
• Manage basic workshop administration and resources.
• Perform welding maintenance services as needed.
