Requirements:

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Experience in a relevant field.
• Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s license.
• Willingness to perform manual labor, including handling heavy linen bags.
• Flexibility to assist in other departments as needed.

Duties:

• Collection and distribution of linen within the hospital.
• Sorting and counting of dirty linen; transporting linen between Robertson, Montagu, and Worcester Hospitals.
• Receiving, sorting, and packing clean linen.
• Maintenance of cleanliness and organization in the linen area and storeroom.
• Providing relief in other departments as required.
