Salary: R216,417 – R254,928 per annum (Level 05)

Contract Type: Permanent with a required performance agreement.

Location: Labour And Labour Appeals Court, Johannesburg

Requirements:

  • Education: Matric Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: At least one year of relevant experience is preferred, especially in general administration or court-related functions.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Strong administrative and organizing skills.
    • Excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking.
    • Good interpersonal and public relation skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail and strong numerical ability.
  • Licenses: A valid driver’s license is an added advantage.

Duties:

  • Provide effective and efficient case flow management support services to the court.
  • Handle inquiries and correspondence from all stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of all court records.
  • Manage the administration of all appeal and petition processes including receiving, processing, and allocating case numbers to all pleadings.

Assessment Method:

  • All shortlisted candidates will undertake a pre-entry practical exercise to determine suitability based on the post’s requirements.
