Minimum Requirements

We’re looking for graduates with a degree or diploma in the following fields:

• Business Management / Business Administration
• Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology
• BCom Financial Management
• BSc / BCom Software Engineering
• IT Project Administration / Project Management
• IT Information Systems / Business Information Technology
• Graduates from TVET Colleges and HET Institutions (for the 18-month practical)

• Must hold a qualification from an accredited university or tertiary institution
• Must be unemployed
• Must be a South African citizen with a valid SA ID
• Must be under the age of 32

Key Responsibilities

As a graduate in this programme, you will:

• Attend onboarding and induction programmes to learn about the company’s operations
• Perform duties under the supervision of senior employees
• Conduct research and document trends, such as new technologies or best practices
• Visit stores and locations for hands-on experience
• Deliver presentations to showcase your progress and insights
• Take on additional responsibilities to support business objectives
