Salary: R183,279 per annum plus 37% of salary in lieu of benefits

Minimum Requirements

To qualify, applicants must have the following:

• Education: Grade 12 Certificate.
• Experience: Relevant working experience in data capturing.
• Knowledge:
  • Administrative practices.
  • Financial, provisioning, and procurement procedures.
  • Document management, tracking, and information retrieval.
• Skills & Competencies:
  • Typing and computer literacy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Problem-solving, planning, and organizing.
  • Customer care and client orientation.
  • Telephone etiquette.
• Attributes:
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Diplomacy and discipline.
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently.
  • Drive, energy, and trustworthiness.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Capturer, you’ll be responsible for:

• Capturing data for new applications or cases.
• Maintaining both manual and digital filing systems.
• Compiling and recording weekly and monthly statistics.
• Providing administrative support to the unit.
• Communicating with clients for data verification.
• Capturing and issuing communication letters.
