Aveng Grinaker-LTA was founded in 2000 and is based in Boksburg, South Africa. It is a construction and engineering group that delivers landmark projects. It boasts over 125 years of company evolution having competence in building, civil engineering, roads, earthworks, concrete, ground engineering, mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation contracting in the areas of commercial, infrastructure, energy, rail and mining sectors.
The company also offers design and construction services for industrial chimneys, automation and control solutions, welding, shutdowns and turnaround as well as fabrication services in oil and gas sector. Its projects includes commercial, retail and industrial projects such as data centers, tourism and leisure facilities, educational institutions, factories and warehouses, shopping centers, office complexes, houses and apartments, stadiums and sport facilities and integrated housing developments; and infrastructure projects including freeways, river dams, soccer stadiums, bay stadiums, airports, ports, quay walls and referral hospitals. Aveng Grinaker-LTA Bursaries
Aveng Grinaker-LTA grants bursaries to students who display leadership, innovative and practical qualities as well as those who have disadvantaged background.
The bursary will be awarded to students who will pursue studies in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Civil Engineering. Successful candidates are required to perform vacation works as well as work for the company after graduation equal to the year the bursary is granted.

- Students of Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- Proven financial need are given preference
- Excellent academic merit
