Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4 as recognized by SAQA).
- Preferred Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 6/7) in Financial Management/Supply Chain Management.
- License: A valid South African driver’s license is advantageous.
Competencies:
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management processes, inventory management, Public Service Management Act, Treasury Regulations, PPPFA, and other relevant prescripts.
Duties:
- Verify and capture procurement source documents, ensuring compliance with departmental policies and legislative requirements.
- Manage goods receipt, storage, and inventory records accuracy.
- Use the LOGIS system for creating and printing orders.
- Assist end users with the compilation of compliant specifications on the supply chain system.
