Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.
• Monitor and implement changes in display procedures and notifications.
• Stay updated on current promotions and credit drives.
• Represent Truworths professionally in all staff and customer interactions.
• Maintain a polished and professional personal appearance.
• Provide informed answers to staff and customer queries on fashion, promotions, and trends.
• Handle customer and staff queries related to in-store and window merchandise professionally.
• Remain calm and professional in conflict situations.
• Actively contribute to team performance.
• Take ownership of personal training and apply knowledge in the workplace.
• Follow security procedures accurately and thoroughly.
• Stay up to date with store safety policies and procedures (OHASA).

Qualifications & Experience

• Flexibility – ability to adapt to constant change.
• Ability to understand and follow Implementation Manuals.
