Salary: R294 321 per annum (Level 7)
Centre: Bojanala District (1 Post)


Requirements

Educational Qualification:

  • Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
  • A three-year National Diploma/Degree in Public Administration/Administration or any other related equivalent qualification.

Experience:

  • No experience required.

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid Code EB (08) Driver’s Licence.

Knowledge:

  • Public Service Act and Regulations.
  • Public Financial Management Act (PFMA).
  • Public Service Code of Conduct.
  • Basic procurement processes.

Skills:

  • Administration, coordination, and facilitation.
  • Negotiation and resource mobilization.
  • Strong interpersonal, report writing, and communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving and conflict management skills.

Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the Sub-Directorate.
  • Manage procurement processes for the Sub-Directorate.
  • Oversee allocation and management of resources.
  • Compile minutes and reports for meetings and activities.
  • Manage key performance responsibilities of supervised personnel.
