What You’ll Do
As a Messenger, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of documents and folders across the hospital. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering folders and documents to wards and clinics.
- Collecting folders from various wards and clinics.
- Tracking and following up on folder queries.
- Maintaining an accurate register of all delivered folders.
- Sorting incoming folders at Medical Records.
- Assisting with ad-hoc tasks in the Medical Records department.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a candidate with:
- Minimum Qualifications: Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Experience: Prior experience in a registry environment is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
