Requirements

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Education: Matriculation/Grade 12/Senior Certificate
  • Experience: 0-6 months of relevant experience

    • Public Finance Management Act (PFMA)
    • Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA)

    • Departmental Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines

Duties

Successful candidates will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Providing screening services for UIF applications
  • Processing applications for UIF benefits
  • Registering payment continuation forms
  • Performing administrative functions related to UIF claims
