Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Matriculation/Grade 12/Senior Certificate
- Experience: 0-6 months of relevant experience

Duties
Successful candidates will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Providing screening services for UIF applications
- Processing applications for UIF benefits
- Registering payment continuation forms
- Performing administrative functions related to UIF claims
